About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist Lead to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a key member of our medical imaging department, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care, performing high-quality images and exams, and maintaining the highest standards of safe radiation practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and maintain a patient-centered approach
  • Perform high-quality images and exams, adhering to established protocols and standards
  • Lead by example, demonstrating leadership abilities and serving as a role model for other associate technologists
  • Act as a clinical resource, providing guidance and support to students, staff technologists, and other hospital personnel
  • Assure current standards of practice for the unit, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in diagnostic imaging
  • Provide shift leadership and support to the Imaging staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Requirements
  • 1 year of previous Radiologic Technologist experience
  • Previous leadership experience, preferred
  • Knowledgeable in all aspects of Diagnostic Imaging, including Surgery and Trauma
  • HS GED or equivalent required
  • Associates Degree strongly preferred
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Registered Technologist, Radiology - (R) (ARRT) required
  • BLS through American Heart Association required
  • Bone Density certification preferred within 6 months of hire, if applicable to entity
