About the Role

Eleanor Health is seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing comprehensive care to individuals affected by addiction and mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care for MAT, substance use, and other psychiatric disorders via telemedicine
  • Collaborate with the Eleanor Health treatment team to ensure seamless integration of medical services with whole-person support services
  • Contribute to a unique and attractive culture that values mission-orientation, proactive initiative, ethical behavior, and collaboration
  • Ensure medical care and documentation are in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and CARF accreditation standards
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives
Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered Ohio Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license
  • MSN degree or higher
  • Current National Certification as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
  • Current active, unencumbered DATA 2000 Waiver to allow for prescribing MAT
  • Ability to work across teams and functions, self-starter who quickly identifies what needs to be done and takes ownership
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and taking on a variety of tasks, as needed
  • The ability to be consistently available for scheduled shifts
Benefits and Compensation

The total target compensation range for this position is $130,000 - $140,000. The actual compensation offered depends on a variety of factors, including the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and specific skills.
