Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Altercare Hartville. As a member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by identifying and reporting potential risks and hazards.
Requirements:
• Current licensure in the state of Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
