Los Gatos, California, United States Netflix Full time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Development Engineer to join our Ads Measurement team at Netflix. This team is responsible for building systems and integrations that enable advertisers on Netflix to quantify campaign outcomes. As a key member of this team, you will leverage a blend of Netflix innovations and both first-party and third-party solutions to deliver ads that respect the viewing experience while driving impactful results for advertisers. Your tools will empower advertisers to effectively measure and analyze these outcomes.

We are looking for engineers who are excited to join us on this journey and have experience managing large-scale 3p measurement integrations for verification, reach, brand studies, and attribution along with their underlying identity exchanges in a privacy-safe way. You should also have experience with building out 1st party solutions for advertisers to understand campaign outcomes. Additionally, familiarity with clean rooms and industry-leading privacy-enhancing technology for multi-party data sharing is a plus.

Broad knowledge of ad tech and advertising landscape, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends is a must. You should be able to work closely with ad operations to enable campaign setup, measurement, targeting, reporting, and advertiser needs. Developed cloud-based applications and comfortable with modern programming languages (preferably object-oriented) are also required. Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively, are highly valued. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are also essential.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off. Full-time salaried employees are immediately entitled to flexible time off. See more details about our Benefits here.

We are an equal-opportunity employer and celebrate diversity, recognizing that diversity of thought and background builds stronger teams. We approach diversity and inclusion seriously and thoughtfully. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, ancestry, national origin, caste, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or expression, age, disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic makeup, marital status, or military service.
