We are a highly productive fee for service private dental practice with over 35 years of history providing exceptional cosmetic, implant and sedation dentistry in Palm Beach Gardens.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. The benefits package includes a 401(k) plan, bonus based on performance, competitive salary, employee discounts, free uniforms, and health insurance.

Job Description

This individual should have at least 5 years experience in professional leadership, Dental Practice Management and Treatment Presentation. We are seeking a mature and experienced business professional who is highly organized and personable to join our motivated team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must have over 3 Years dental experience
  • Treatment presentation and patient education
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills
  • Computer skills
  • Highly organized
  • Willing to learn our systems
  • Dentrix knowledge a plus
