Your responsibilities will include supervising CNAs, providing direct patient care, conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care possible. You will also be responsible for writing weekly/monthly summaries of patient status, abilities, and addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse from the Virginia Board of Nursing. Previous nursing experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
