Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Demo Project Manager/Estimator to support public and private projects in the Greater Philadelphia Region. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of cost estimating and budget projections, as well as experience in bid and managing public and private demolition contracts. Key responsibilities include assessing job opportunities, reviewing plans and specifications, and visiting job sites to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Requirements

  • Five+ years of experience in the demolition industry
  • Thorough understanding of cost estimating and budget projections
  • Bid and manage public and private demolition contracts to completion
  • Strong knowledge of demolition practices, methods, materials, and safety regulations
  • Assess job opportunities by reviewing plans, and specifications, and visiting job sites
  • Ability to effectively present estimates to upper management, clients, and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ten years of experience in Heavy Civil Construction relevant to this region
  • Certified PE
  • OSHA and/or other applicable safety certifications and training
