Ensure that cleanliness standards in all food service areas meet or exceed health regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, dishware, glassware, utensils, waste containers, and cooking equipment.
Safeguard the proper storage of tools, cleaning agents, and kitchen supplies in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
Maintain adequate supplies of dishware and utensils before, during, and after service hours.
Maintain required certifications and permits as mandated by local regulations.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with relevant experience or training.
Proficiency in basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to follow instructions provided in various formats, including written and verbal. Recognize different types of dishware and utensils.
The role requires frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds and the ability to maneuver heavy dish carts. Standing for extended periods is necessary. Specific vision capabilities required include close and distance vision.
While performing job duties, you may encounter wet, hot, and humid conditions. The work environment may also involve exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
