Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs and preferences.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and monitor patients' responses to ensure optimal care.
- Treatment and Clinical Skills: Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, catheterizations, and tube feedings, as needed.
- Documentation and Communication: Accurately document patient information and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Leadership and Education: Lead by example, providing guidance and support to nursing staff, and participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices.
- Education: Graduate of a registered nurse accredited program required.
- Licensure: Current active RN nursing licensure in the State of Minnesota in good standing.
- Certifications: CPR certified.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Clinical experience with geriatrics, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation preferred.
- Competitive Salary: Base rate $33.89-$37.00 per hour, plus differentials for evenings and nights.
