Tucson Medical Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner - Med Surg to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical setting.

**Salary & Benefits:*

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$90,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

**Job Responsibilities:*

As a Nurse Practitioner - Med Surg, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and performing procedures
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records

**Requirements:*

To be successful as a Nurse Practitioner - Med Surg, you must have:

• A Master's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Arizona
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Experience working in a medical-surgical setting
