Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Observe, report, and document patient conditions, administer medications as prescribed, and take vital signs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other nursing personnel to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports, including charting and updating patient information.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and maintain accurate records.
- Equipment Preparation: Set up treatment trays, prepare instruments, and maintain equipment as needed.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure effective care delivery.
Requirements:
- Education and Licensure: Currently registered and licensed in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience: 2+ years' experience in long-term care preferred.
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid certified.
- Skills: Outstanding communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
