Ideal Candidate Profile

We are in search of an individual who possesses:

  • The ability to foster positive relationships with residents and facility staff to support resident objectives
  • Strong communication, planning, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of regulations pertaining to nutrition and food service at various levels
  • Proficient clinical nutrition skills, including assessment, intervention, and monitoring
  • Understanding of MDS section K, care planning, and the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM)
  • Competence in electronic medical records and basic computer applications
  • The ability to work autonomously to meet client and resident needs within professional guidelines
  • Current registration as a dietitian nutritionist (RDN) through the Commission on Dietetic Registration and appropriate licensure as required by state regulations
