Your role will encompass not only the administration of in-home IV infusion treatments, but also the management of patient responses and follow-up care. You will act as a mentor, empowering patients through education on their treatment plans, condition management, and self-administration techniques when suitable.

Additionally, you will oversee the comprehensive well-being of your patients by collaborating with Pharmacists and Therapeutic Resource Center (TRC) personnel to address patient needs and logistical issues related to infusion locations.


This position offers the opportunity to cultivate relationships, demonstrate your resourcefulness, and embody the ideal RN you envisioned when you embarked on your career path.

Qualifications for the Infusion Care Nurse RN:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • State licenses in good standing - must hold licenses in all states of practice
  • High School Diploma or GED, along with 8-11 years of relevant experience with a Nursing Diploma or
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience with an ASN degree or
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience with a BSN degree
  • Minimum of 1 year as a specialty RN in critical care, acute, or home healthcare settings
  • Proficient IV insertion skills
  • Critical care experience and/or home infusion experience is highly preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel within a designated geographic area
  • Flexibility to work alternate shifts on short notice and be available for field visits as needed
  • Access to home internet
