At LaborMax Staffing, we offer a comprehensive Flagger Certification Class that is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the field of traffic control.

Course Overview

This 6-hour course covers the fundamentals of traffic control, including participation requirements, successful traffic control flagger attributes, and what to expect as a member of our team.

Course Structure

The course is structured to ensure that participants are fully engaged and attentive to the material and instructor. We emphasize the importance of participation, as it is essential for success in the field.

What You Can Expect

As a member of our team, you can expect to work with established crews and receive daily assignments. If you do not receive an assignment, you will be automatically added to the morning dispatch call list for morning flagging orders.

Our Expectations

We expect our team members to conduct themselves in a professional manner, build confidence, and increase visibility. We strive to attract new accounts and flaggers, and we expect our team members to contribute to this goal.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must be an employee of LaborMax. We have traffic control work available in Whatcom, Skagit, Island, and Snohomish Counties.
