Diesel Technician

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing light mechanical issues, providing preventative maintenance services, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and repair wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, and engine components
- Assist customers with roadside services and provide preventative maintenance services
- Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain clean places with friendly faces
- Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds, and work in close quarters
- Ability to work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed
- Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in a diesel mechanic or related field preferred
