Manufacturing Craftsman

GrowTech Industries, LLC is seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team. As a Welder Specialist, you will be responsible for the assembly and fabrication of materials to create finished products in accordance with customer specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding, with experience working with steel, aluminum, and other materials. You will be expected to work independently, with limited supervision, and follow instructions provided by senior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and fabricate materials to create finished products according to customer specifications.
• Read and interpret technical documents and drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Operate various welding equipment and tools, including TIG, MMA, and GMAW.
• Meet production schedule and quality standards.
• Perform basic tasks independently, with limited supervision, and in a group setting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a welder or fabrication technician.
• Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing.
• Deftness and attention to detail.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
