**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for building custom machines from start to finish, refurbishing existing equipment, and ensuring high-quality production standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Build custom machines from start to finish, including reading blueprints and schematics, using hand and power tools, and assembling components.
  • Refurbish existing machines, including disassembling, repairing, and reassembling equipment.
  • Use basic math skills, including ratios, weights, and metric system, to ensure accurate measurements and calculations.
  • Test machines to ensure proper function and identify any defects or issues.
  • Mount sensors, pneumatic components, and other equipment as required.
  • Use cut-off saws, bending equipment, and drill presses to fabricate and assemble machine components.
  • Identify and work with wires, ensuring proper connection and locking into devices.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a related field.
  • Basic math skills, including ratios, weights, and metric system.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
