Job Title: CT Technologist Radiology

CrossMed Allied is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CT Technologist to work in our radiology department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical imaging and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including positioning and immobilization
  • Administer contrast media and other medications as ordered by physicians
  • Monitor patients' responses to imaging procedures and report any adverse reactions
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
  • Current certification in radiologic technology
  • Ability to lift and move patients and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
