Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Software Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team. This individual will provide technical support for clinical software applications, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving issues, providing training and documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support for clinical software applications, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles and documentation to aid in configuration and troubleshooting of software and hardware.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system vendors, to resolve issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Design and deliver training programs and job aids to ensure end-users are proficient in using clinical software applications.
  • Analyze and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of clinical software applications and IT systems is essential, as well as experience working with ticketing systems and knowledge management tools. We also require a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least three years of relevant experience in IT-related functions such as hardware/software support, programming, network design, network engineering, IT systems integration, or closely related field.
