Certified Golf Coach

GOLFTEC is a leading provider of golf instruction, with a mission to help people play better golf. Founded in 1995, the company has grown to over 200 locations worldwide, offering a comprehensive training program and expert instructors to help golfers of all ages and skill levels improve their game.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Golf Coach to join our team. As a Golf Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality golf instruction, creating customized lesson plans, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Deliver golf instruction to students of varying skill levels, using professional expertise to recommend teaching and learning content.
• Create custom lesson plans and recommend GOLFTEC services to meet the needs of each student.
• Document each lesson given and publish recaps to our online portal using GOLFTEC's proprietary TECSWING teaching software.
• Maintain the GOLFTEC Training Center environment, equipment, and technology.
• Perform daily opening and closing functions, including preparing GOLFTEC teaching systems for use.
• Participate in continuing education to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Physical capabilities to stand, bend, kneel, or crouch for extended periods and lift items weighing more than 30 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong passion for golf and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
