Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for the orientation, certification, and training of new warehouse staff (including temporary employees)
  • Ensures that employees (Trainees) are performing their duties correctly, safely, and in compliance with all FST policies and procedures and meet quality and productivity expectations
  • You will train and orientate Trainees in safe equipment operations, policies, procedures, FST Traits, and company culture
  • You will certify Trainees on power equipment while emphasizing safety
  • You will train on productivity and quality standards with an emphasis on becoming independent
  • Track Trainees' performance and 'graduate' Trainees to their shift and Supervisor upon successful completion of training
  • Responsible for the safety, quality, and productivity of all Trainees
  • You will conduct re-certification and ad-hoc training for existing employees
  • Track and store documented training and certifications in required systems for every trainee and develop training material, as necessary
  • You will partner with Recruiting, Operation Supervisors, and Facility Managers on training progress
  • You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST

**Compensation:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience


The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in a team environment and motivate others to achieve common goals. They must have a strong understanding of warehouse operations and be able to communicate clearly and concisely. The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure their success in this role.


**Key Responsibilities:

  2. To design and deliver effective training programs to new warehouse staff and existing employees
  3. To monitor and evaluate the performance of trainees and provide feedback to improve their skills and knowledge
  4. To maintain accurate records of training and certifications, including tracking the progress of trainees
  5. To collaborate with various stakeholders, including recruiting, operation supervisors, and facility managers, to ensure seamless integration of training into daily operations
  6. To stay up-to-date with changing regulations, policies, and procedures and adapt training programs accordingly
