\Job Description: As a Home Health Nursing and Hospice Care Provider with AdvicCare, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing medical evaluations, treatments, and education to promote optimal health outcomes.

Requirements:
\To be successful in this role, you must have a current unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Michigan, a minimum of one-year experience in home health or hospice care, DEA Certification for prescribing controlled substances, and demonstrated knowledge of home health nursing and hospice care.
