As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and other cardiac ultrasound procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with heart conditions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform high-quality echocardiograms and other cardiac ultrasound procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with heart conditions.
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology, as well as the latest imaging techniques and technologies.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and advancements.

**Requirements:**

  • One (1) year experience imaging congenital heart defects and surgical repair at an accredited ICAEL institution.
  • Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technologist or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer program.
  • ARDMS or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) RCS Credential within six months of hire.
  • Reliable transportation for roles supporting Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital.
