Experience with the Zetta automation system is advantageous, as is familiarity with a WordPress-based content management system. As a radio and digital media company, the Operations Supervisor will leverage digital tools to effectively promote our stations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting interviews with officials and clients for on-air segments and social media content.
  • Hosting station programs as required.
  • Coordinating and facilitating live remote broadcasts in the local area.
  • Writing and producing engaging radio commercials.
  • Organizing and formatting radio traffic logs and scheduling programming.
  • Producing and editing radio spots to ensure high-quality output.
  • Assisting with various digital and social media initiatives and campaigns.
  • Representing the radio stations at community events as necessary.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.

A minimum of one year of experience in live radio is preferred. While a post-secondary degree in communications or broadcasting is desirable, it is not mandatory.

Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with experience, and a competitive benefits package, including health benefits, will be provided to qualified candidates.
