Job Summary

As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the effectiveness of behavioral treatment plans for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorders
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
  • Provide training and supervision to support staff on behavioral interventions and strategies
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current on best practices in applied behavior analysis
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as special education, applied behavior analysis, or psychology
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility for certification
  • At least three years of experience working in an applied behavior analytic model within the autism or developmental disability field
  • Experience assessing clients and developing clinical interventions for clients with autism spectrum disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
