Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Teller Associate. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting Bank services and products.

About the Role:

  • Identify customer needs and develop solutions to exceed customer expectations.
  • Assess customer's financial needs and suggest Bank services and products.
  • Maintain daily transactions and balances, research outages, and balance the drawer in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Able to use a personal computer and position-related software programs.
  • Ability to use general office and other job-related equipment such as a telephone, calculator, coin sorter, currency counter, and a copy machine.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Working Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week, including some Saturday mornings.
