Job Title: Physician Assistant - Quality Assurance

At Loyal Source Government Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to develop and implement effective quality monitoring programs.
  • Provide quality assurance training to all clinic staff to ensure quality actions are incorporated into their daily practice.
  • Collect and analyze data related to assessments and outcomes.
  • Examine cases at random for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Develop and complete reports that track activities and outcomes.
  • Act as an advisor to program staff on all QA and Compliance issues related to the IPP program.
  • Practice with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
  • Valid DEA license or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
  • 1+ year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Comfortable managing a primarily Medicare-aged patient population.
