Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular surveys of building systems to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Assist in the setup and repair of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems as needed.
  • Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when necessary.
  • Perform manual repairs and maintenance tasks as required, including fixing locks, replacing windows, and undertaking pest control activities.
  • Conduct general upkeep procedures, such as landscaping, and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a related field.
  • Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
  • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
  • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
  • Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field is a plus.
  • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in building maintenance technology.
  • HVAC certification.
