We are seeking an exceptional Electrician to join our team as an Instructor at Porter and Chester Institute. As an Instructor, you will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of electricians by providing quality instruction and guidance.

About the Job:

  • The annual salary for this position is $61,200.
  • This is a full-time opportunity with a regular schedule of Monday through Thursday, 5pm-10pm.

Job Responsibilities:

As an Instructor, your primary responsibility will be to deliver effective instruction to students. This includes creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing individualized support. While prior teaching experience is not necessary, we do expect our Instructors to be passionate about their subject matter and committed to helping students succeed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrician is required.
  • A valid Connecticut E-1 or E-2 License is mandatory.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
