About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the New Hampshire Veterans Home. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Monitor and report on resident progress, making recommendations for changes or modifications to treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide education and training to auxiliary nursing personnel, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures, maintaining competency in CPR techniques.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a recognized nursing program with experience in medical, geriatrics, and psychiatric nursing.
  • Current and full license as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire.
  • Recent graduates acceptable; no minimum experience requirement.
