Job SummaryGreater Lynn Senior Services invites applications for a highly motivated and organized Partnership Coordinator for Long-Term Services and Supports.
In this critical role, you will serve as a liaison between our organization and community partners, fostering collaborative relationships to enhance the delivery of long-term services and supports to individuals and families.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and ensuring that our services align with the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and government agencies.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for collaboration and resource development.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the delivery of long-term services and supports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
