Responsibilities
  • Support residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines
  • Provide assistance with resident activities and programs
  • Work with the clinical team to ensure residents' needs are addressed in a timely manner
