Role Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for delivering essential care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
As a CNA, your duties will include:

  • Supporting residents' physical and emotional health.
  • Providing personal care such as bathing and grooming.
  • Documenting care provided in the Daily Care Record.
  • Communicating any significant changes in residents' conditions to the Charge Nurse.
  • Performing daily rounds to ensure residents are comfortable and well-cared for.
  • Assisting with meal service and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
  • Participating in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must:

  • Hold a current Nursing Assistant Certification in Texas.
  • Have completed Basic Cardiac Life Support (CPR-Healthcare Provider) training.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a respectful environment.
