Job Overview

Quardev is seeking an experienced eCommerce/Web Product Manager to join our team. As a key leader, you will be responsible for developing digital experiences that serve customers at key points in their online journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with Senior Product Manager and Development teams to define and execute the eCommerce experience vision
  • Support a product roadmap and manage backlogs to execute on the vision
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams and vendors to gather and understand business priorities and translate them into features and enhancements that serve customers throughout their online journey
  • Work with and partner with key engineering teams and systems owners to execute on the vision
  • Strive to build a eCommerce program that is data-driven and uses sensible measurements to ensure accountability to outcomes, impact, and project ROI
Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a product owner or product development role within an enterprise-level organization
  • Must be able to demonstrate deep knowledge of scrum and agile
  • Brings strong project management skills, ability to juggle multiple projects and work with a variety of stakeholders and teams, including business and engineering teams
  • Must be proactive, self-driven, and independent, with excellent listening skills and an inquisitive mind
  • This role requires the ability to handle multiple tasks and switching priorities and focus areas simultaneously
  • Must be a clear communicator with strong empathy and disarming communication style, able to work with business stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Brings strong understanding of roadmap development
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with Adobe & CMS, Asana, Jira, Confluence, and have solid understanding of web foundations
  • Excels as a project manager and demonstrates sound understanding of e-Commerce standards and best practices, including privacy compliance and accessibility principles, practices, and testing
  • Experience with accessibility, best practices or knowledge of privacy compliance a plus
