Busser PT

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Busser to join our Front of House team at Quinault Beach Resort and Casino. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external customers, including guests, servers, and management.
• Develop solutions to customer concerns and continually focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ensure timely and efficient service, including clearing tables, restocking linens, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Assist servers and other team members as needed, providing general assistance and support to ensure seamless service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all Quinault Beach Resort and Casino policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, safety, and security.

• 18 years of age
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
• Food handler's permit (able to obtain within 30 days of hire)

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting of up to 50 pounds. The successful candidate must be able to work in a smoking environment.
