Mandate Retail Merchandiser Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Merchandising Lead to join our team at Acosta Group. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for leading and executing merchandising projects in Giant Eagle stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between store managers and the field to ensure seamless execution of merchandising projects.
  • Train and support new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Read and follow planograms to complete reset work efficiently.
  • Perform duties such as moving and cleaning shelves, displaying merchandise properly, and processing pack-outs and restocks as necessary.
  • Partner with store personnel and co-workers to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence.

Requirements:

  • Ability to arrive at different locations in the area to start work by 6am.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Comfortable working with others and building effective working relationships.
  • Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
