Position: OB/GYN Medical Practitioner
NeueHealth is on the lookout for a dedicated OB/GYN Medical Practitioner to enhance our healthcare team.
The selected physician will deliver extensive medical services tailored to women's health, emphasizing reproductive wellness, pregnancy management, and childbirth assistance.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer comprehensive prenatal, natal, and postnatal care, ensuring the well-being of mothers and their developing infants.
- Identify and treat conditions affecting the female reproductive system, including but not limited to endometriosis, infertility, and pelvic discomfort.
- Conduct thorough gynecological assessments, including Pap tests, pelvic examinations, and breast evaluations.
- Execute and analyze diagnostic procedures such as ultrasounds and laboratory assessments.
- Perform surgical interventions related to reproductive health, including cesarean deliveries, hysterectomies, and laparoscopic surgeries.
- Provide education to patients regarding reproductive health, contraceptive options, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to formulate and implement patient care strategies, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- MD or DO degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Completion of a four-year residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Board certification or eligibility in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Valid medical license to practice in Florida.
- Preferred experience of 2-3 years in an OB/GYN clinical or hospital environment.
- Proficiency in a variety of obstetric and gynecological procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-risk pregnancies and intricate gynecological cases.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing medical education.
- Comprehensive understanding of obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive health to ensure superior patient care.
- Strong dedication to patient education, empathy, and responsiveness to individual patient needs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
- Analytical proficiency to accurately diagnose conditions and devise effective treatment plans.
- Attention to detail in conducting examinations, procedures, and maintaining precise medical documentation.
- Capability to navigate the dynamic and often unpredictable nature of obstetric and gynecological practice.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care.
