**Key Responsibilities**

Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Support residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.

Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to the broader care team.

Prepare and serve meals to residents, promoting healthy eating habits and hydration.

Assist residents with other activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed, including personal hygiene, toileting, and mobility.

**Requirements**
