Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our behavioral health team as a Mental Health Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide critical support to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises, focusing on stabilization, intervention, and ongoing care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide medication management, counseling, and therapy services
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and promote recovery
  • Advocate for patients' rights and interests

Requirements:

  • Active licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a clinical environment, preferably in behavioral health
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
