We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. As a key member of our kitchen crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dishwashing areas. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dishwashing areas.
  • Ensure all dishes, cutlery, and glassware are cleaned and sanitized efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Utilize tools and equipment as required by Alamo kitchen operations protocols.
  • Follow cleaning schedules, prep-lists, and station stocking guides to control food waste, production, and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with teammates and managers to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in high-volume food production environments.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Schedule flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Active food handlers certification with the applicable state agency.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to execute light lifting, up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand in one place for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a kitchen environment with equipment and frequent exposure to heat, steam, fire, noise, and cleaning solutions.
