Job Title: Cardiovascular Sonographer

INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health system, is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Sonographer to join our team at the Bass Baptist Health Center in Enid, OK. As a Cardiovascular Sonographer, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and diagnostic imaging services.

Job Summary:

The Cardiovascular Sonographer is responsible for performing echocardiograms and vascular ultrasound exams to diagnose and monitor cardiovascular conditions. You will work closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform echocardiograms and vascular ultrasound exams using advanced ultrasound equipment
  • Review patient clinical history and correlative imaging prior to examination
  • Prepare exam room and patient for examination
  • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Document exam results and reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited medical sonography training program
  • Current sonography students qualify if within 60 days of program completion
  • Demonstrated competence in echocardiography and vascular ultrasound
  • ARDMS, ARRT, or CCI certification
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
