- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs).
