We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team in a client office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing skilled specimen collections, and being the face of our company. You will also have opportunities for continuous growth and development within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood specimens from patients of all ages using venipuncture and capillary techniques.
  • Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
  • Enter patient information into our system accurately and efficiently.
  • Collect payments and process billing information as needed.
  • Provide superior customer service to all patients.
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a phlebotomist.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record if applicable.
