Key Responsibilities:
  • Medical Record Review: Thoroughly review and analyze patient medical documents related to ophthalmic conditions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each case.
  • In-Person Evaluations: Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients with ophthalmic issues to provide accurate diagnoses.
  • Clinical Consultations: Effectively respond to clinical queries from insurance carriers regarding ophthalmic matters, offering expert insights and recommendations.
  • Report Preparation: Deliver detailed IME reports within an expected turnaround time of 5 days, providing a comprehensive overview of the patient's condition, examination findings, and professional opinions.
