Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing our financial processes, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will also play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement financial controls and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of GAAPs (IFRS and/or US GAAP).
  • Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
