Key Responsibilities

  • Merchandise Management: Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, following company procedures and standards.
  • Recovery and Recovery Standards: Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day, maintaining all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Possess strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
