KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Support senior engineers with diverse repair tasks, encompassing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more.
- Execute assigned work orders for corrective repairs and preventive maintenance initiatives.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify deficiencies and carry out necessary maintenance activities.
- Replace fixtures, address plumbing issues, and perform painting duties as required.
- Manage inventory and maintain organization within the engineering workshop.
- Respond to tenant requests and effectively prioritize daily tasks.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with tenants, staff, and vendors.
- Availability for emergency call-ins and willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Excellent customer service abilities and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- A minimum of two years of hands-on experience is preferred.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Exposure to various environmental conditions, including noise, heat, cold, and electrical hazards.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
