- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- At least 18 months of registered nursing experience, preferably in dialysis or nephrology.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
