A DAY IN THE ROLE OF A MIG WELDER AND FABRICATOR

As a MIG Welder and Fabricator, your primary responsibilities include the precise layout, fitting, and welding of steel materials. You will begin each task by thoroughly reviewing blueprints and preparing parts to ensure accurate completion of projects. Your attention to detail is crucial in maintaining our high-quality standards and achieving production targets.

Beyond producing high-quality products, you will uphold shop safety by skillfully operating equipment and fostering good practices. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential, enabling you to promptly report any equipment issues. You will find satisfaction in your work environment, which is dynamic and engaging.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of welding experience
  • Proficient in MIG welding techniques
  • Capability to lift up to 60 lbs
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

A MIG welding assessment will be conducted during the interview process. Our Welders and Fabricators receive competitive compensation based on performance in the welding assessment and prior experience.
