Responsibilities:

* Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment
* Execute physician-prescribed plans of care and document care provided in our system of record
* Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
* Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
* Educate patients and their families on health promotion, teaching, and training

Requirements:

* Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of practice
* Current CPR certification
* Ability to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and/or adolescents
